Head of ESG Reporting

To be successful in this role, you have a strong interest and proven experience with reporting in ESG and CSR, and/or relevant educational background within ESG, Sustainability or similar areas. 

Furthermore, we would appreciate if you could see yourself in the following: 

• You enjoy independent work and taking the lead, as you will be responsible for driving the efforts and building bridges between our different departments and offices
• You have a great understanding and respect of cultural differences and manage to challenge the status quo whilst keeping these differences in mind
• You are result-driven, analytical and have a drive for change
• You are able to process complex topics and legislation (e.g., new CSRD rules in EU) and to translate them into a common language to drive action across the organisation
• You have strong and effective presentation skills in English which is our corporate language

As a start, the position focused around getting into compliance under the CSRD regulations in EU, but we are looking for someone who wishes to develop the position towards a more strategic role within the group. You will be referring directly to our CFO, Oskar Fabricius and working from our office in Gentofte. You will collaborate with our Chilean office and therefore, travelling here a few times a year is expected.

Job responsibilities

• Challenge management on ESG strategy and overall goals
• Establish, measure, and monitor ESG data/performance indicators (KPIs), reporting & taxonomy
• Contribute to the training of your colleagues within ESG subjects
• Develop the process of ESG data reporting and controlling the data
• Ensure governance of the ESG data
• Spearhead the continued implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and EU taxonomy
• Ensure compliance and follow up on new legislation
• Manage, maintain, and update our ESG measurement data points
• Prepare data and insight requests from internal as well as external stakeholders
