OUR 4 STRATEGIC PILLARS:
Ultrabulk has outlined 4 strategic pillars which guide us in our daily work and decision-making:

  • Freight trading: Freight trading plays a key role in our strategy – it is a visible shift from thinking like an owner to becoming more trading focused as a company and taking advantage of all the opportunities this change presents.
  • Environment: We believe that focus on the environment is our responsibility, but it is also good business and a key driver for our sustained success in Ultrabulk.
  • Digitalisation: We are willing to invest in innovative technology, and we are striving to support the commercial activities by being a leader in digitalisation, by taking better and more timely decisions, and by working smarter not harder through automation.
  • Talent diversity: Our people are the most important assets we have, and supporting and embracing the differences we have is key for Ultrabulk’s long-term success as a company.
