We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our Commercial Operations desk in Gentofte, Denmark, reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations.

As Operations Manager in our gas operations, you hold an essential role in ensuring a high-quality and flawless operation of our vessels and meeting the demands of our customers. You will be in daily contact with a number of stakeholders such as captains, port agents, owners, charterers, and last but not least, our colleagues in our offices in Copenhagen and London. You will find yourself in a varied job in a busy and buzzing international environment with an informal tone, where we encourage initiative and innovation.
Main responsibilities
About you
You have minimum 3 years of experience in the shipping industry, preferably in gas operation. You might also have experience from working with a ship agency or have been at sea earlier in your career.
You demonstrate good communication skills and possess a problem-solving mindset. You are a true team player and, at the same time, able to work independently by taking ownership of your tasks. You thrive in a dynamic environment and, with a can-do attitude, take pride in delivering excellent service to our customers.
Candidates with various backgrounds and seniority will be taken into consideration and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop into the role.
